This turning and milling centre features automated machine loading. Automating this process means we can achieve excellent process stability for high-precision machining components.

MAZAK Integrex I-630V – SmoothX

Two of these identical machines are connected by a workpiece carrier transfer system as part of a modular production line. These machines are used to manufacture high-precision engine components (LEAP 1A/C, LEAP 1B, CFM56) as well as sophisticated components for the semiconductor industry.

MAZAK VARIAXIS I-600 – SmoothX

MAZAK HCN4000

The horizontal 4-axis milling centre is connected to a 5-axis milling centre (MAZAK VARIAXIS i-600 – SmoothX) via a workpiece carrier transfer system. This can perform complete high-precision machining of components of any material with high repeatability.
