Machining in series: at Capaul, you benefit from high process stability and unparalleled repeatability. Air-conditioned production halls, qualified precision mechanics and trained programmers combine to guarantee consistently high quality. Using the latest 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centres, we master the complete machining of components made of solid material, forgings and castings of various materials – whether titanium, aluminium, stainless steel, bronze, copper, or nickel alloys. Our maximum machining capacity is impressive, with 5-axis turning and milling and a diameter of 1,250 millimetres, or a volume of 1,250 x 1,000 x 1,000 millimetres!
Do you need complex assemblies as well as individual parts? Our employees have many years of experience and, with their special expertise in all aspects of assembly; we can supply you with coordinated, assembled, tested and ready-to-install units – ranging from prototypes to market-ready products. Of course, we can also source any additional components and the necessary surface treatment. Significant reference projects include modules for well-known aviation companies, medical technology, or components for automation.
When it comes to further processing requirements, we are also a partner you can rely on; this includes special processes such as sandblasting, painting, welding, eroding, balancing, deburring, vibratory grinding, or crack penetration testing, which we carry out for you here on our premises. Working with carefully selected suppliers, our comprehensive service portfolio also includes surface treatment such as MOS2, anodising, or passivation, in addition to nitriding, hardening, ageing, burnishing, and heat treatment.
Tested quality in every product phase! Our manufactured components are complete precision works – constantly tested using measuring equipment and machines. We have four 3D measuring machines in our air-conditioned production hall, ensuring a continuous inspection process. For example, our LEITZ PMM-F 30.20.10 offers a measuring capacity of up to 3,000 x 2,000 x 1,000 millimetres. A particular highlight of our quality management is the fluorescent penetration test, which is carried out in accordance with the aviation standard class S2 and S3.
